About : Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5i) marketed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction , Sildenafil citrate Commonly known as Viagra and other trade names such as Sidegra and Kamagra , is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Its use for sexual dysfunction in women is not conclusive.

Directions : Sidegra is to be taken only when needed, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. although it can be taken up to 4 hours before sexual activity. You shouldn’t take Sidegra more than once per day , it is best taken on an empty stomach , it can last up to 5 hours.

Precautions : Do not take this medication if you have heart problems such as heart attack or life threatening irregular heart beat in the past 6 months, chest pain or angina or heart failure,if you have had a stroke in the past 6 months, kidney disease, liver disease, high or low blood pressure or a severe loss of body water been dehydrated , if you have any penis conditions like angulation or Peyronies disease .

Do not take this medicine if you are using nitrates.
